Possession of a Firearm or Destructive Device During the Commission of an Offense; Provides that exception to 10-year minimum term for persons convicted of certain offenses during which person actually possessed firearm or destructive device does not to apply to offenders convicted for possession of firearm by felon who have certain prior convictions & actually possessed firearm or destructive device during commission of prior felony.
