GENERAL BILL by Dudley ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell

Public Service Commission; Provides for nonpartisan election of commissioners; limits number of years that commissioners may serve; requires PSC to consult with Public Counsel before ruling on any change of rates; prohibits candidates for office of commissioner from accepting contributions from certain entities; prohibits commissioners from accepting employment at certain business entities until specified time has passed after leaving office.
