Marshal of Supreme Court; Requires marshal & his or her deputies to comply with specified requirements for law enforcement officers; specifies that marshal & his or her deputies are law enforcement officers with full powers to bear arms & make arrests under certain conditions; limits use of those powers to performance of official duties for Supreme Court; deletes provisions relating to marshal & his or her deputies being conservators of peace.
