       The Committee on Health Policy (Bean) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Substitute for Amendment (524380) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 50 - 56
    5  and insert:
    6  
    7  one not-for-profit corporation with more than 30 years
    8  experience as a licensed hospice provider and currently licensed
    9  as a hospice provider to serve individuals and families in Clay,
   10  Alachua, Bradford, and Putnam counties. This not-for-profit
   11  corporation shall provide PACE services to frail elders who
   12  reside in Alachua and Clay counties.

   17  and insert:

   19         authorizing, subject to appropriation, enrollment
   20         slots for the program in such counties; requiring the

   22         a certain not-for-profit corporation to provide
   23         services under the federal Program of All-inclusive
   24         Care for the Elderly in Alachua and Clay counties;
   25         providing an exemption from ch. 641, Florida Statutes,
   26         for the corporation; authorizing, subject to
   27         appropriation, enrollment slots for the program in
   28         such
