GENERAL BILL by Patronis ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Davis ; Gonzalez
Sweepstakes Devices; Prohibits operator from using certain sweepstakes device if operator was not using that device on or before certain date; requires local governments to renew certain permits, licenses, or permissions to operate such devices; authorizes certain officials to seek injunctive relief against operators who violate the act.
