Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; Providing that owners or drivers of certain commercial motor vehicles are subject to specific federal commercial driver license standards; providing that commercial motor vehicles transporting hazardous material are subject to federal regulations relating to the designation of approval and certification agencies; deleting exemptions from commercial motor vehicle rules for the transportation of liquefied petroleum gas, etc.
