Digital Learning; Requiring the State Board of Education to adopt minimum technology standards that meet certain criteria; distinguishing an FTE standard for part-time and full-time students at the Florida Virtual School; requiring that virtual instruction programs provide individualized courses in accessible formats to students who have disabilities; prohibiting a school district from requiring a public school student to take a course outside the school day in addition to the student’s courses for a given term, etc.
