Prevention of Cancer in Youth; Prohibiting a minor from using a tanning device at a tanning facility; providing an exception for a minor who is using a tanning device as prescribed by a health care provider to treat a medical condition; requiring a parent or guardian to accompany a minor who is under the age of 14 during the prescribed tanning sessions, etc.
