Genetically Engineered Foods; Providing a list of commercial commodities commonly cultivated in genetically engineered form and requiring the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to publish the list by a specified date and to update the published list annually; providing mandatory labeling requirements for genetically engineered raw agricultural commodities and processed foods made with or derived from genetically engineered ingredients; exempting specified foods, commodities, ingredients, and other substances from the labeling requirements, etc.
