GENERAL BILL by Military and Veterans Affairs, Space, and Domestic Security

Homestead Property Tax Exemptions; Deleting a requirement that a disabled veteran be a resident of this state at the time of entering military service in order to receive a discount on the ad valorem tax owed on his or her homestead property; providing for retroactivity, etc.

Effective Date: July 1, 2013, and operate retroactively to January 1, 2013
