Reemployment Assistance; Transferring the functions of the Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission to the Department of Economic Opportunity; requiring the Department of Economic Opportunity to create a regional appeal office at each regional workforce board; requiring the tax collection service provider to calculate a certain additional rate; requiring assessments to be available to pay interest on federal advances; requiring certain excess funds to be transferred to the Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund after a certain time period, etc.
