SB 310: Fair Housing

GENERAL BILL by Braynon

Fair Housing; Providing that an aggrieved person may file a civil action without first filing an administrative complaint for a discriminatory housing practice; providing that, if the Florida Commission on Human Relations or local agency has obtained a conciliation agreement with the consent of the aggrieved person, the filing of a civil action is prohibited, except to enforce the terms of the agreement, etc.
