       Senator Abruzzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 54
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 9. Except for sections 3 through 8, which shall
    6  take effect January 1, 2014, this act shall take effect upon
    7  becoming a law.
