Health Insurance; Requiring health insurers and health maintenance organizations to allow an insured to continue to use the services of preferred providers or network providers on the list of preferred providers or network providers at the time of the insured’s enrollment for a minimum period of time; requiring health maintenance organizations to provide subscribers with a current list of network providers and make the list available for public inspection at certain times and places, etc.
