GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Governmental Oversight and Accountability ; Judiciary ; Ring

Clerks of the Court; Providing requirements for the storage of papers and electronic filings and requiring that they be stamped with the date and time of submission; authorizing the clerk to remove certain court records from the Official Records; requiring that the clerk provide access to public records without charge to certain persons, subject to a limitation and an exception; providing that the state is not required to pay fees to enforce judgment for costs and fines, etc.
