    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 124 and 125
    4  insert:
    5         (7) A party who attempts to apply foreign law to a case
    6  that is the subject of this section is liable for the other
    7  party’s attorney fees that are incurred in defending against the
    8  use of foreign law.
