    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (301346) (with title
    2  amendment)

    5  and insert:
    6  general election. In the event that the waiting time at an early
    7  voting site exceeds 90 minutes during an election that contains
    8  state or federal races, the supervisor shall provide additional
    9  personnel or voting equipment to such early voting site within 4
