       Senator Margolis moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (166182) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 174 and 175
    5  insert:
    6         Section 8. Present subsection (8) of section 101.151,
    7  Florida Statutes, is renumbered as subsection (9), and a new
    8  subsection (8) is added to that section, to read:
    9         (8) In counties subject to multi-language ballot
   10  requirements, the supervisor may petition the United States
   11  Department of Justice for authorization for the supervisor to
   12  print and deliver single-language ballots for each minority
   13  language required.

   16         And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete line 1143
   18  and insert:
   19         any election; amending s. 101.151, F.S.; authorizing
   20         the supervisor to petition the United States
   21         Department of Justice for authorization for the
   22         supervisor to print and deliver single-language
   23         ballots; amending s. 101.161, F.S.; providing a
