       Senator Flores moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    4  insert:

    6         (d) An award of rehabilitative alimony is not subject to
    7  the income limits set forth in paragraphs 8(a), (8)(b), and
    8  (8)(c). However, the combination of an award of rehabilitative
    9  alimony and another form of alimony shall not exceed 40 percent
   10  of the obligor’s gross monthly income, as calculated under s.
   11  61.30(2)(a), with the exception that gross income does not
   12  include, consistent with paragraph (3)(h), sources of income
   13  acquired outside of the marriage which were not relied upon
   14  during the marriage.
