SB 796: Ignition Interlock Devices

GENERAL BILL by Hukill

Ignition Interlock Devices; Requiring mandatory placement of an ignition interlock device on all vehicles owned or operated by a person convicted of driving under the influence for specified periods based on the violation; providing that a driver who obtains an ignition interlock license during a period of revocation shall receive credit on a day-for-day basis for the period the person holds a valid ignition interlock license toward any mandatory period of ignition interlock device-restricted use arising from the same incident, etc.
