Infant Death; Revises education, orientation, & postpartum care requirements for birth center clients to include certain instruction; revises legislative findings & intent with respect to sudden unexpected death of infant under specified age; defines "Sudden Unexpected Infant Death"; revises requirements relating to autopsies performed by medical examiners; requires Medical Examiners Commission to develop protocol for medicolegal investigation of SUID; requires hospital that provides birthing services to incorporate certain information into postpartum instruction on care of newborns.
