Digital Learning; Allows individuals or organizations who provide certain individual online courses to apply for approval as state-level provider; provides that such courses are eligible for inclusion in district virtual instruction programs; revises requirements for approval as providers of virtual instruction; requires Articulation Coordinating Committee to recommend funding model & financial accountability mechanism for providers of online courses; requires State Board of Education to adopt rules establishing programs & courses for which students earn credit for graduation, including online courses provided by approved providers.
