Medicaid ; Adding an additional provision relating to a change in principal that must be included in a Medicaid provider agreement with the Agency for Health Care Administration; revising provisions specifying grounds for terminating a provider from the program, for seeking certain remedies for violations, and for imposing certain sanctions; deleting the requirement that the agency place payments withheld from a provider in a suspended account and revising when a provider must reimburse overpayments; providing for the expiration of the Medicaid and Public Assistance Fraud Strike Force, etc.
