       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment

    3         Between lines 249 and 250
    4  insert:
    5         (i) A parent may petition for a turnaround option under
    6  1008.33(4)(b)3. or 4. only if he or she agrees in writing, as
    7  indicated on the petition, to complete the average number of
    8  volunteer hours for parents of students in charter schools
    9  located in the district.
