Specialty License Plates; Authorizing the collection of annual use fees for the Sun, Sea, and Smiles, the Team Hammy, and the Play Ball license plates; limiting the authorized uses of collected annual use fees; creating the Sun, Sea, and Smiles, the Team Hammy, and the Play Ball license plates; revising provisions relating to audit and attestation requirements for annual use fee proceeds; authorizing the department to resume the distribution of revenue under certain conditions, etc.
