    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 69
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 4. This act applies to taxable transactions
    6  included on bills that are for communication services and that
    7  are dated on or after January 1, 2015.
    8         Section 5. This act shall take effect upon becoming a law.

   12         Delete line 9
   13  and insert:
   14         providing applicability; providing an effective date.
