Florida Transportation Corporation Act; Repealing a provision relating to the authority of the Auditor General to conduct audits of transportation corporations authorized under the Florida Transportation Corporation Act; repealing a provision relating to the type, structure, and income of an authorized transportation corporation; repealing a provision relating to the contract between the Department of Transportation and an authorized transportation corporation; repealing a provision relating to the board of directors and advisory directors of an authorized transportation corporation, etc.
