    4  and insert:
    5         (b) “Lobbies” means seeking, on behalf of another person,
    6  to influence a governmental entity with respect to a decision of
    7  the entity in an area of policy or procurement or an attempt to
    8  obtain the goodwill of an entity official or employee.
    9         (c) “Lobbyist” has the same meaning as in s. 112.3215.
   10         (d) “Principal” has the same meaning as in s. 112.3215.
