       Senators Richter, Thrasher, and Latvala moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (319896) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 396 and 397
    5  insert:
    6         (d) A state university, a Florida College System
    7  institution, a career center operated by a school district under
    8  s. 1001.44, or a charter technical career center may, within the
    9  nonresident student enrollment systemwide, prioritize the
   10  enrollment of a veteran who is granted an out-of-state fee
   11  waiver pursuant to the Congressman C.W. Bill Young Tuition
   12  Waiver Act over a student who is granted an out-of-state fee
   13  waiver under this subsection.

   16  And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete line 497
   18  and insert:
   19         restricting eligibility for state financial aid;
   20         authorizing a state university, a Florida College
   21         System institution, a career center operated by a
   22         school district, or a charter technical career center
   23         to prioritize enrollment of certain veterans;
