       The Committee on Appropriations (Gardiner) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (421220) (with title
    2  amendment)

    5  and insert:

    7  continue to be an agent for purposes of s. 768.28(9) for 30 days
    8  after a determination of ineligibility to allow for treatment
