       The Committee on Appropriations (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (356190) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 71 - 75
    4  and insert:
    5  Outstanding Florida Springs pursuant to part VIII of chapter 373
    6  and for the acquisition of parcels, identified on the most
    7  current Board of Trustees Florida Forever Priority List or by a
    8  water management district, which restore and protect
    9  the water quality or conservation of water within a spring
   10  protection and management zone, as defined in s. 373.802, of an
   11  Outstanding Florida Spring.
