Public Records/Yellow Dot Critical Motorist Medical Information Program; Providing an exemption from public records requirements for personal identifying information of participants in a yellow dot critical motorist medical information program; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 262 or similar legislation authorizing the governing body of a county to create a yellow dot critical motorist medical information program takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
