Explanation:
The amendment deletes $250,000 in nonrecuring general revenue funds from 
the Florida Recreation Development Assistance Grants appropriation 
category and adds it to the Local Parks appropriation category to support 
the Topeekeegee Yugnee (T.Y.) park project.
