Child Welfare; Requiring the Department of Children and Families to conduct specified investigations using critical incident rapid response teams; authorizing access to specified records in the event of the death of a child which was reported to the department’s child abuse hotline; requiring the department to publish specified information on its website if the death of a child is reported to the child abuse hotline, etc.
