PROPOSED BILL by Commerce and Tourism

Entertainment Industry; Specifying the application of the term “entertainment industry”; renaming the Office of Film and Entertainment within the Department of Economic Opportunity as the Division of Film and Entertainment and housing the division within Enterprise Florida, Inc.; revising the powers and duties of the Florida Film and Entertainment Advisory Council; requiring the department, rather than the Office of Film and Entertainment, to be responsible for applications for the entertainment industry financial incentive program, etc.
