    3         Between lines 458 and 459
    4  insert:
    5         Section 10. Section 631.65, Florida Statutes, is repealed.

    8  And the title is amended as follows:
    9         Delete line 41
   10  and insert:
   11         vehicles; repealing s. 631.65, F.S., relating to
   12         prohibited advertisement or solicitation; providing an
   13         effective date.
