       The Committee on Criminal Justice (Bradley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 189 - 195
    4  and insert:
    5  information;
    6         (d) The information requested is Internet navigational data
    7  or similar information about a person’s visit to a website or
    8  online service; or
    9         (e) The disclosure is otherwise prohibited by state or
   10  federal law.
   11         (7) LIMITATION ON CIVIL LIABILITY.—A business entity may
   12  not be held civilly liable in this state for a disclosure made
   13  in good faith pursuant to this section or a decision to decline
   14  to provide information as provided in subsection (6).

   17         Delete line 17
   18  and insert:
   19         for business entities that provide or decline to
   20         provide information in certain circumstances;
