Food Deserts; Establishing the food desert business tax credit for certain businesses that sell nutrient-dense food items in areas designated as food deserts; requiring the Department of Revenue and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to review and make recommendations to the Legislature regarding the continuation of the tax credit; providing penalties for fraudulent claims for the tax credit, etc.
