    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 85
    4  and insert:
    5         incest, domestic violence, or human trafficking or when, on
    6  the basis of a physician’s good faith clinical judgment, there
    7  is a risk to the woman’s health or the presence of a severe
    8  fetal anomaly incompatible with sustainable life.
