       Senator Clemens moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete line 85
    4  and insert:
    5  incest, domestic violence, or human trafficking. The woman may
    6  waive the requirements of this subparagraph if she attests that
    7  she is aware of the risk and has had 24 hours to consider her
    8  decision to terminate the pregnancy.
