Real Estate Brokers and Appraisers; Requires Florida Real Estate Commission to adopt certain emergency rules pertaining to broker registration; clarifies postlicensure & initial real estate licensure education requirements; provides that commission may reinstate certain licenses; revises supervision requirements for specified graduate students; revises requirements related to annual fees required to be collected by DBPR; requires appraiser to prepare & retain work file in certain circumstances; requires appraisal management companies to prepare & retain order file in certain circumstances; requires work file & order file to be retained for specified period & contain certain documentation; requires appraisal management companies to retain certain items; provides that duly authorized agents & employees of DBPR may inspect appraisal management company at all reasonable hours.
