GENERAL BILL by Stark ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rogers

Consumer Protection; Requires retail sales establishments that sell goods to public to grant refunds within specified period of time for goods costing more than specified amount if returned by consumer who has been adjudicated incapacitated or has physician documentation of certain medical conditions, or by representative of the consumer, if specified requirements are satisfied; requires restitution & provides penalties for violations of requirements.
