Public Records/Identity of a Victim of Human Trafficking Offenses; Revising an exemption from public records requirements for certain criminal intelligence and investigative information to exempt information that reveals the identity of a victim of certain human trafficking offenses; providing an exemption from public records requirements for investigative information relating to criminal history records of human trafficking victims that have been ordered expunged; providing for future legislative review and repeal of the exemption; providing a statement of public necessity, etc.
