       The Committee on Health Policy (Grimsley) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete everything after the enacting clause
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 1. Section 465.027, Florida Statutes, is amended to
    6  read:
    7         465.027 Exceptions.—
    8         (1) This chapter may shall not be construed to prohibit the
    9  sale of home remedies or preparations commonly known as patents
   10  or proprietary preparations which, when such are sold only in
   11  original or unbroken packages or, nor shall this chapter be
   12  construed to prevent businesses from engaging in the sale of
   13  sundries or patents or proprietary preparations.
   14         (2) No provision in this chapter or rule adopted under this
   15  chapter limits a veterinarian licensed under chapter 474 from
   16  engaging in an activity allowed under chapter 474.
   17         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.

   23  and insert:
   24                        A bill to be entitled                      
   25         An act relating to the practice of pharmacy; amending
   26         s. 465.027, F.S.; providing that the Florida Pharmacy
   27         Act and rules adopted under the act do not limit a
   28         veterinarian from engaging in an activity allowed
   29         under ch. 474; providing an effective date.
