    3         Delete lines 30 - 31
    4  and insert:
    5  a total of $250,000. Notwithstanding ss. 216.301 and 216.351,
    6  any unencumbered funds remaining after June 30 of each fiscal
    7  year shall not revert and may be used by the department to award
