       Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government (Dean)
       recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 4298 - 4310
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 72. Effective upon becoming a law, all undisbursed,
    6  unobligated balances and all certified forward appropriations
    7  remaining in the Land Acquisition Trust Fund within the Fish and
    8  Wildlife Conservation Commission on June 30, 2015, shall be
    9  transferred to the Grants and Donations Trust Fund, FLAIR number
   10  77-2-339, within the Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
   11         Section 73. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
   12  act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon
   13  this act becoming law, this act shall take effect July 1, 2015.

   16  And the title is amended as follows:
   17         Delete lines 193 - 201
   18  and insert:
   19         technical changes; providing for the transfer of
   20         certain funds; providing effective dates.
