GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation

State Lands; Revising measurable objectives for management goals to include the preservation of low-impact agriculture; requiring updated land management plans to identify conservation lands that could support low-impact agriculture and conservation lands that are no longer needed and could be disposed of; directing the Department of Environmental Protection to include certain county, municipal, state, and federal lands in the Florida State-Owned Lands and Records Information System (SOLARIS) database and to update the database at specified intervals, etc.
