    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)

    4  insert:
    5         (b)The physician who is to perform a termination of
    6  pregnancy may delegate the acts in sub-subparagraph (a)1.a. to a
    7  registered nurse, licensed practical nurse, advanced registered
    8  nurse practitioner, or physician assistant.
