       The Committee on Appropriations (Montford) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (149946) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Between lines 132 and 133
    5  insert:
    6         Section 4. Paragraph (a) of subsection (4) of section
    7  402.56, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    8         402.56 Children’s cabinet; organization; responsibilities;
    9  annual report.—
   10         (4) MEMBERS.—The cabinet shall consist of 16 14 members
   11  including the Governor and the following persons:
   12         (a)1. The Secretary of Children and Families;
   13         2. The Secretary of Juvenile Justice;
   14         3. The director of the Agency for Persons with
   15  Disabilities;
   16         4. The director of the Office of Early Learning;
   17         5. The State Surgeon General;
   18         6. The Secretary of Health Care Administration;
   19         7. The Commissioner of Education;
   20         8. The director of the Statewide Guardian Ad Litem Office;
   21         9. The director of the Office of Adoption and Child
   22  Protection Child Abuse Prevention; and
   23         10. A superintendent of schools, appointed by the Governor;
   24  and
   25         11.10. Five members who represent representing children and
   26  youth advocacy organizations and, who are not service providers,
   27  and who are appointed by the Governor.

   32  and insert:
