Postsecondary Educational Institutions; Revises provisions relating to disclosure requirements of institutions under jurisdiction of CIE; requires certain institutions to provide each student disclosure statement & maintain federal student loan cohort default rate below specified percentage; revises minimum standards Commission for Independent Education must use to evaluate institution for licensure to include federal student loan cohort default rate; revises minimum criteria for independent postsecondary educational institution to apply for license by accreditation to include maximum percentage for institution's federal student loan cohort default rate.
